How do I place an order? 
1. To place an order with us, first find the product you wish to buy. 
2. Change the quantity to the amount you would like to buy. 
3. Click on the Add to Cart button. 
4. When you have Added the products you want, click on Checkout towards the top right of the page. This will show you what you are buying. 
5. Enter your address details, phone number and email address. 
6. Using the drop down menu under Payment Method select how you would like to pay. 
7. To pay using Credit/Debit card - click on which card you are using and then fill in the details required. 
8. To pay using PayPal - once you have been transferred to PayPal, login as normal and fill in the details required. 

Once you have placed your order you will receive an email from us confirming it, showing your details and listing the products ordered 

What payment methods do you accept? 
We accept all major debit and credit card types. We also accept PayPal 

How do you deliver? 
Our boxes are sent with a delivery driver on Electric Bikes with the options to Meet at the door and leave it at the door with delivery notifications and real-time bike route on the map, which are our agreements.  
Delivery to the rest of the U.S via DISTRIBUTER parcel.

All Manhattan’s five boroughs 

When do you deliver? 
Same-day delivery Monday to Sunday orders before 8pm 
After 8 pm next day delivery 
The hours at which delivery will be made during the day vary depending on the traffic density and force majeure. 

What is the minimum order amount? 
There is no minimum order amount. 

What’s minimum price for free delivery? 
Minimum price limit is  $35  for free delivery. 

What if you haven’t got what I want?

What if I have damaged items? 
You can send the photo of the product to our e-mail address: [email protected]

What if my delivery is late? 
You can track your parcel on with you tracking number 

What if items are missing from my order? 
You can send an e-mail to [email protected] regarding the issue 

What is your refund policy? 
It is not possible to request a refund, except in cases where the food products have a different content or weight than the one advertised, and the expiration date has passed.  
We accept refund requests for goods sold on our Site for any of the following reasons:  
Goods are missing, misplaced, damaged  

The return request covers only unconsumed and unopened packaged products. Returns can be made by mail. To return a good by mails end the destroyed or misplaced photo of the products that needs to be refunded to [email protected]
